| Easter Care and Share Volunteer Registration | Easter Care and Share Distribution Event will be held March 26-27. Set-Up: Friday March 26 from 6-8pm Distribution: Saturday March 27 9-11am. Devotions will be held in the Sanctuary at 9:15am on Saturday, March 27. The real success of our Care and Share program is due to the volunteer time that our members donate. Please look over the following areas that are in need of help, and pray about how you can help. Check off the taks that you are willing to do (the number of people required for each task is listed.) | Lenten Walk To Jerusalem | Its 6,210 miles from Peace Lutheran to Jerusalem! Give up a TV show for Lent and go walking for 30 minutes a day. Go with family or a friend. Keep track of your steps with a pedometer while praying and meditating on selected verses from the Bible. Then write in your daily journal about each walk. Number of steps will be recorded and used to track our progress to Jerusalem as a congregation. Pedometers and prayer walking journals will be available in the Lobby on SundayFebruary 14th from 8am-12pm. Please sign-up by filling out the online form, or sign-up in the Lobby. | Registration for Full-Day Program | Peace Community Learning Center full-day-care registration form. Online registration does not allow for necessary parental/guardian signatures. Download form below (see below), sign designated areas, and return to preschool director before child begins full-day program. Children must be 3 or 4 years old by September 1st, 2009. Class size is limited to 14 children. Priority is given to children needing full-days (5 or more hours) over those requesting partial enrollment. A registration fee of $50 must accompany this application. This is non-refundable if a place in our program is available. This is not applied to tuition. I also understand that tuition is due whether or not my child is in attendance. The exception being the two weeks at Christmas and 2 weeks allowed for vacation or extended absence. Checks are made payable to "PEACE COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTER". Tuition rates are as follows: ($180.00 full-week rate) ($40 daily rate). Tuition for the week is due at the beginning of the week. TUITION IS DUE WHETHER OR NOT YOUR CHILD IS IN ATTENDANCE. If you take your child out of the program for longer than 3 weeks, a $50 registration fee will be required upon returning to the program. Children are dropped off in the mornings between 7-9am. Their focused preschool program is between 9-12. Our caterer provides lunch. A morning breakfast snack is also provided. Naptime is from 1-3pm. Pick-ups usually begin around 3:15pm, concluding at 5:50pm to facilitate our 6pm closing. We do not offer just-afternoon attendance. More specifics regarding enrollment can be discussed with the Director. In the best interest of the children's routines, there are no pick-ups between 1-3pm due to nap. Our school calendar runs September through August. You receive a whole-year calendar showing non-attendance days such as our all-school in-service days, the two-week Christmas Break, and regular holidays. The attendance schedule is built into yearly tuition, including several possible snow-days, to allow weekly payments to stay the same throughout the year. Individual days of absence are not credited. You are given two weeks (aside from Christmas Break) to apply no tuition for vacation or extended absence. |
